  1. Tex-Mex Hamburger

  3. 1 1/4 pounds of ground beef 
  4. 2 tbs. finely chopped onion 
  5. 2 tbs. bottled salsa 
  6. 1 tsp. salt 
  7. 1 tsp chili powder 
  8.  
  9. Mix all together and shape into patties. Grill until burgers are cooked thoroughly, add a slice of hot pepper cheese or American cheese to top of patties before taking them off the grill.
